 In response to the evolving customer expectations and need for faster, more efficient, and optimal processes, many organizations are rolling out digital transformation agendas for their workforce. However, studies show that 70% of these digital transformation initiatives fail because of the absence of a human-centric approach to this digital agenda and keeping the people at the center.  

Can we use behavioral strategy to devise an efficient and impactful digital transformation strategy that seamlessly onboard the workforce?
Any new initiatives encounter significant hurdles and strong friction in adoption if the workforce is not supported and trained with the necessary skills and capabilities.

Thus, our approach here was to use a blend of gamification, systems thinking, and behavioral strategy principles to devise a behavioral journey, user engagement process as well as various communication frameworks that helped the team better onboard with the digital agenda and drive a positive behavioral change among their customers.
